The Swedish and Norwegian OECD NCPs have accepted a specific instance against Statkraft AS from Jijnjevaerie Sami Village in Sweden.
The NCPs commend both parties for being forthcoming and for good cooperation so far in the NCP process. Because the parties have renewed their dialogue since the complaint was submitted, the case is deferred until either of the parties request the NCPs to open the case.
