Disclosure
Norwegian NCP is subject to the Norwegian Freedom of Information Act and practices enhanced access to information. All information will be made public, except for instance when information may cause harm to individuals or reveal business secrets. The NCP will protect certain details from the mediation process, but be transparent about the process and results.
NCP Norway always publishes initial assessment of a specific instance as well as the final statement. The NCP also publishes annual reports about its work, sends out news articles by e-mail and publishes minutes from the NCP meetings (in Norwegian).
